We'll build strength, work your whole body and have a genuinely brilliant time doing it. You'll leave feeling taller, stronger and weirdly euphoric.

So. What exactly is barre?
Think ballet, Pilates and 80s aerobics all blended into one incredible session.
Each class is built around small, controlled repeated movements, holds and light resistance that fire up every muscle. It's fun, it's upbeat, it's beginner-friendly and it works.
Barre is also pregnancy-friendly and easy to adapt if you're working around an injury or restriction. Whatever's going on in your body, we'll find a way to make it work for you.
No perfection required. No judgment. Just a really good time.
Fair warning though: it's addictive.
You'll train every muscle group, support your joints and finish class feeling stretched out and radiant…. The kind of "what just happened?!" feeling that keeps you coming back.
The burn is real but it never hangs around too long, and you're never going through it alone.

Romana trained with the brilliant Pip Barsanti, bringing seven years as a Personal Trainer and five as a Yoga Teacher to every class. Barre, she'll tell you, quite literally changed her life and she's been on a mission to share that ever since.
Known for devising creative, brilliantly fun sequences that get every part of the body trembling with effort and grinning with it, Romana teaches with warmth, humour and a very good playlist.
