Yes, it is. 😊 As long as your doctor or physio is okay with it. Please only sign up for PT if you’re already 6 weeks post-partum.

I reccomend that you start with x4 sessions a month. some clients prefer to have the same slot every week but with some of my very busy clients we liaise each week :)
