Hi, I'm your coach Romana!
I am a Bristol based qualified Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher. I offer one-to-one fitness coaching to help you achieve your goals. I will build you customised strength training routine to feel stronger and more confident.
My guiding principle is that we never stop finding ways to nurture our long-term health. When we work with our bodies and start to see our inherent limitless possibilities, we open ourselves to a realm of exciting new opportunities.
With a positive, passionate and determined mindset, I will guide you towards accomplishing your goals. We will build confidence, boost energy levels and increase our happiness. Are you ready to challenge yourself, set goals and look after your body?
Mindful and Holistic Training
I was drawn to these practices because I wanted to create a space where every BODY felt welcome, to have a fun time as well as push ourselves.
In my work, I love letting people be themselves, that authenticity makes sure that each workout is unique to who is in front of me.

If you’re feeling unfit, or don’t even know where to begin, that is the perfect place to begin, you don’t need to feel fit to start off with, we will build on whatever foundation you are starting from. I aim to gently guide my clients to realise how amazing they truly are. Strength is so much more than the weight on the barre or how you look, at Watermelon Wellness we encourage everyone to take part.
Fun, Fast Paced, Energetic Movement
I love injecting light hearted banter into what I do, I enjoy laughing and joking with my in person clients and my group classes, what’s the point in training if we can’t have a good time along the way?!
